Vintage Computer Hire

The Centre for Computing History has a number of vintage computers, calculators and related equipment that is available to hire as props for Film & TV production. *** PLEASE NOTE: THIS SERVICE IS TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED and it is not possible to hire items at this time. ***
 
Equipment is available on a daily, weekly or monthly basis and fees are negotiated per project depending on the equipment required and the hire period.
 
Our experts are at your disposal to offer help and advice on authenticity, aesthetics and technical issues. You can even hire an expert for on-set issues or advanced set-ups.
 
Whether you need old computers as props or working vintage computers for demonstrations, we can help.
 
We also have limited facilities for location shooting and have hosted film crews from Raw TV and ITV Local.
