A tactical shooter and part of the Tom Clancy series of military/espionage books, games and films.
This is a more tactical affair than a standard FPS and time needs to be spent on preparing your operatives before the start of each level.  A single bullet is enough to give a game over, necessitating a more thoughtful approach to the stages.
