Join us for a night at the movies!

To celebrate the launch of our brand new exhibition, Lights! Camera! Play!  Games, Cinema and Everything In-between, we'll be screening the fantastic 2012 family animation Wreck-it Ralph.

Arcade-game character Wreck-It Ralph (John C. Reilly) is tired of always being the 'bad guy' and losing to his 'good guy' opponent, Fix-It Felix. Finally, after decades of seeing all the glory go to Felix, Ralph decides to take matters into his own hands. He sets off on a game-hopping trip to prove that he has what it takes to be a hero. However, while on his quest, Ralph accidentally unleashes a deadly enemy that threatens the entire arcade.

All our usual exhibits will also be switched on for the evening including all the games and interactives in the new exhibition.  See the famous games in the movie and play them straight afterwards on our arcade machines.

Also, since Easter Day is right around the corner and Wreck-it Ralph is chock-full of hidden characters and references from the world of gaming, we'll be running a competition: 'Easter Eggs for Easter Eggs'!  Those visitors who spot the most famous characters in the movie may just win a chocolatey prize...

The Centre will open for the evening at 6:00pm.  The movie will start at 7:30pm and the Centre will remain open until 10pm.  The Pac-Lunch shop will be open serving snacks and hot and cold drinks.  Feel free to bring your own popcorn!
