BASIC-11 was the version of the programming language BASIC used on Digital Equipment Corporation's PDP-11 computer. 

From the preface:

'This document describes the operating procedures for the BASIC-11 program and the features of the BASIC-11 language.  The user should be somewhat familiar with the standard BASIC language.  If the user is totally unfamiliar with BASIC it is suggested that a BASIC primer be read prior to using this dcument.

Chaper 1 provides an introduction to BASIC operating procedures, arithmetic and string operations.  Chapter 2 describes all BASIC-11 statements.  Chapter 3 covers all arithmetic and string functions available.  Editing commands are described in Chapter 4.'
