This 8-bit ISA expansion card for the PC provides on 9-pin RS232 serial port. The port can be assigned to any of the COM1-COM4 I/O addresses using the jumper block at the top of the card. The serial controller is an INS8250N-B chip.

The large areas of unpopulated components are to support a 25-pin parallel port, which would have been assignable to any of LPT1-LPT3 I/O ports using the right side of the jumper block.

The card's FCC ID identifies the manufacturer as Taiwan Mycomp Corporation.
