The Doctor V64 (popularly known as the Bung Doctor) was an accessory for the Nintendo 64 developed by Bung Enterprises of Hong Kong. While advertised as a third-party development system, it was also capable of playing copied N64 games.

The first version shipped with 128M of memory; later versions increased this to 256M to handle the larger cartridges being used. The early models could be upgraded by the end user. A parallel port on the rear of the console allowed game data to be downloaded from a PC - this was the basis for the claim it was a development system instead of a piracy device.

The device attaches to the Nintendo 64 through the underside expansion slot and presents itself as a ROM cartridge once the game is loaded. The N64 cartridge slot must contain the adapter module which passes through signals for the region lockout chip. A legitimate cartridge must be present for the Bung Doctor to work.
