From the preface: "This manual supplies planning information for installation and use of the Information/System Program Product. Release 2 of this product continues to provide the user with the Release 1 capability of retrieving technical information from an IBM-supplied data base. Additionally, Release 2 provides both an online method of managing the problem, change, and system configuration information associated with the operation of a data processing system, and teleprocessing access to the IBM Customer Software Support Facility (CSSF) data base."
