Second Edition (March 1985)
This edition applies to the program products Interactive System
Productivity Facility (ISPF) and ISPF/Program Development
Facility (ISPF/PDF or PDF) as shown in the table below, and to
all subsequent releases and modifications until otherwise
indicated in new editions or Technical Newsletters.

The Interactive System Productivity Facility (ISPF) and ISPF/Program
Development Facility (ISPF/PDF or PDF) Program Products assist in
program development. They are designed to take advantage of the
characteristics of IBM 3270 display terminals, and to increase
programmer productivity in an interactive environment.
This manual contains detailed information on how to install and
customize ISPF and PDF under both VSE/AF 1.3.5 and VSE/AF 2.1 with
VSE/ICCF (ICCF). It is intended for use by a systems programmer who is
familiar with VSE and the Maintain System History Program (MSHP).
