Commodore 64 Released

In August 1982, the Commodore 64 (or C64) home computer was released.
It was one of the most popular home computers ever made and during it's lifespan, sold between 17 and 30 million units although exact figures are difficult to find.

Amazingly, the C64 was still being produced in 1994 when Commodore filed for bankrupcy in April of that year.
