manager. It is assumed that you have determined that the
failure is not caused by a user error.
This publication explains how to describe the media manager program failure using keywords, search the software support data base for similar known problems, gather information needed to discuss a new problem, gather the documentation needed to prepare and submit an Authorized Program Analysis Report (APAR) on a new problem.
