The Ram Turbo Interface (also known as the Spectrum Turbo Interface) was an expansion unit for the Spectrum. The 9-pin joystick ports supported two Sinclair-compatible joysticks, or in an alternate mode Kempston and Protek/Cursor joysticks (left/right ports respectively). It features a built in power safety device. The full expansion bus enables simultaneous use of other peripherals such as speech synthesizers printer interfaces etc.
