Outsourced by Ultimate Play The Game to Mr Chip software, and was published by Firebird, this version of the game was savaged by the C64 press on release. it had come out a year after the Spectrum version, ran a fair bit slower, and had no improvements to the sound, and the wonderfully colourful graphics of the original game had been very much dulled down.
It was playable enough, but not a success on the C64, where there was definitely a case of some owners not wanting to play a Spectrum classic on their machines.
