IEFL 4MB A3000 RAM Expansion

This is an IFEL 4MB upgrade (MA4K Issue 1) for the A3000. It is unusual because it uses a standard 4MB 72 pin SIMM card. This allows diffent SIMMs to be plugged in depending on availability and price.

  1. The SIMM has 8 x 814400A-70 FPM RAM chips giving 4MB 
  2. The SIMM is a C-Memory NF03201C with 2 FPM chips.
