Tiny Bytes of Pi - Saturday 14th July 2018

Tiny Bytes of Pi - Saturday 14th July 2018

Do you have NO IDEA what a Raspberry Pi is? Have your children mentioned them but you're too embarassed to ask what they're talking about? Or perhaps your children are starting a computing course and you want to get them ahead of the game?

In this short and snappy, hands-on workshop we'll tell you EXACTLY what a Raspberry Pi is (it's a cheap educational computer by the way!), what you can do with it, and even a very simple introduction to programming. We'll keep the terminology simple and answer any questions you have.

The content is suitable for anyone aged 10 to 100!

The workshop is only 30 minutes long and is included free as part of the standard entry to the museum. We will run the workshop at 10:30am, 12:00pm, 2:00pm and 3:30pm.

To help us ensure availability please book in advance. Your booking includes entry to the museum from 10am to 5pm. Please tell us which time slot you'd like to attend in the notes field of the booking form.
