60th Anniversary Event

Event held at Science Museum 11th November 2011 to celebrate the 60th anniversary of LEO taking on its first 'office job' on November 17th 1951.

The event received wide coverage including interviews on the BBC Today programme, BBC World Service, and BBC5 Live Outriders programme. It was also covered by the Daily Telegraph and the Daily Mail website. 

Video interviews of Georgina Ferry, Ernest Kaye, Mary Coombs, Ralph Land and Frank Land made for Google were also presented.
