PlayStation 2 Network Adaptor (Ethernet only version)

The PlayStation 2 Network Adaptor was originally released in July 2001 together with the Network Play service. Sony released two versions, one with dial-up modem and Ethernet jacks and a second with Ethernet only. Several third party variants were also released. 

The Network Adaptor also provides a Parallel ATA interface and Molex disk drive power connector to allow installation of a 3.5 IDE disk drive. The adaptor is not compatible with the Slimline PlayStation 2.
