Minutes of the LEO Policy Meeting, 29th May 1959. Annotated 'Mr Holmyard', with '577' written in blue pencil.
Research comments: Refers to machines LEO II/3 (Stewarts & Lloyds), LEO II/8 (Standard Motors), LEO II/9 (Ilford Films, whose premises necessitated amendments to the machine so they could get it into the building).

Makes reference to adding magnetic tape and drums. A tape reader desk is to be ordered at a cost of £140.
Includes a discussion on the drab black colour of the covers on ancillary equipment.
