PFS stores and retrieves the information you deal with every day. It is useful in business, professional environments, home and education. It is easy to use and adapts to the way you work, rather than the other way round. Information is organized and stored more efficiently than any manual system. Information is kept in forms with as much or as little structure as you wish then saved in a file. Examples are Phone Messages, Recipes and Patient Records.
