Join gaming experts Dan & Adrian for a LIVE gaming history tour of the museum!

Video games have progressed from simple black and white pixelated play to immersive epics that rival any blockbuster movie. But how did this happen?

During this special LIVE virtual museum tour, our in-house gaming experts Dan & Adrian will guide you through the history of video games from the very beginning to the modern day.

We'll also provide a printable activity sheet for you to fill in during the tour if you like!

At the end there’ll be an opportunity to discuss and even argue the merits and weaknesses of your favourite consoles and games!

The tour starts at 3pm GMT (8am PST), and will last around 1 hour. There will be time to ask questions at the end.

One ticket permits your whole family to take part on one device.

Suitable for all ages, recommended for those over 7.

• This is a ticket for a digital event only.

• You will receive the Zoom room ID and password shortly before the event.

• You will need a computer with a good internet connection, and a login for Zoom.

• The tour starts at the time stated, and the Zoom room will open 10 minutes beforehand. We can’t wait for latecomers!

• Booking will close 1 hour before the event to allow time to distribute the information needed.

• You will be joining with your mic muted. You do not need to enable your camera if you don't want to.

• You are welcome to ask questions, but please be respectful of others and do not dominate the call.

• Our moderators reserve the right to remove those who do not comply with our code of conduct, which will be distributed with the meeting information.

• These sessions will not be recorded.
