Internal Lyons memos from M.A. Holmyard (Secretary's Office) to C.G. Mann (Lyons Treasury) requesting and later returning LEO Computers Ltd share certificates, including 249,900 shares in the name of J. Lyons & Co, 25 of which were transferred to each of the newly-appointed Directors of LEO Computers Ltd, Tony Barnes, David Caminer and John Pinkerton.

Research comments: Two short but very important memos showing how Lyons' shares in spin-off company LEO Computers Ltd were transferred to key members of the LEO I build team, David Caminer, Tony Barnes and John Pinkerton. The second memo makes clear the level of shares still retained by Lyons. (LM)
