• Letter from Bartlett & Gluckstein, Solicitors, to D.G. Byron (Lyons) regarding the Certificate of Incorporation [not filed] for the newly-merged English Electric-Leo Computers, dated 1st Apr 1963.
• File copy letter from P.S. Dyer (Lyons) to H. L Layton (Turquand, Youngs & Co - auditors) dated 3rd Apr 1963, setting out administrative details of the merger of LEO Computers with English Electric, stating the official date for the merger as 1st Apr 1963. 
• Extracts from the shorthand notes of the proceedings at the AGM, 1963. Brief transcript of a question about the merger asked at the AGM by a Mr Sutro, and the response from the Chairman. [No further context available].
