Memo dated 10th Dec 1958 from LEO programmer Mary Blood (later Mary Coombs, now recognised as the first female commercial programmer) to all programmers, operators and engineers on LEO I, attaching instructions for new Synthesis Orders for LEO I.

Research Comments: This document instructs users of LEO I on how to use the newly redeveloped Synthesis Orders program on the machine. By this point in time, 1958, LEO II/1 was operational but LEO I is clearly still in use. This document relates to program B12, which replaced program B1, LEO's first initial orders program.(LM)
