Fighter Pilot

Formerly released by Digital Integration, who released a small, but high quality library of titles, most of which were simulation type games.

This put you in the seat of a top gun, with a hi res cockpit simply laid out with easy to read instruments.

There were practise runs, which lined you up with targets to hit, and then missions that when completed would rise you up the ranks.

Originally the game, as most of Digital Integrations titles were protected by the infamous lenslok device that was a piece of plastic that was held to the tv screen to gain a code to enter the game.
