Martin, who has had a long career in IT management consultancy, having delivered over 60 consulting assignments, over four continents, and in ten market sectors said: "I am really pleased to be involved with the museum at these crucial early stages.

The Cambridge computing museum is currently open from Wednesday to Sunday every week - 10am to 5pm. Our calendar of events is taking shape with Halloween sound effects creation workshops in October, our Ghost in the Machine event at Halloween and a series of Raspberry Pi workshops in November.
