This guide is designed to provide generai information about the range of IBM
pubiications, and how to order them. There are approximately 65,000 documents
available on IBM products and services.
in producing this booklet, the Technical Pubiications Centre intends to explain how
IBM organises its publication inventory, the publication format, and a number of aids
available to cross reference the pubiications relevant to customers needs.
Pubiications are distributed worldwide from one of two distribution centres located in
the USA and Denmark, in addition, some countries also maintain local centres which
stock items unique to their country, in the UK this centre is in London.
