The WS4000 is a multi-speed, multi-standard modem. It enabled a computer to connect to online services such as Prestel, Micronet, and Telecom Gold as well as many public databases. The WS4000 was designed and manufactured in England by Miracle Technology (UK) Ltd, based in Ipswich, UK. The WS4000 has LED indicators on the front panel for:
