Gabe Newell

Gabe Newell is the managing director and co founder of Valve corporation. After dropping out of Harvard he spent 13 years working for Microsoft and helped to produce the first 3 releases of windows. In 1996 he left Microsoft and founded Valve going on to release their first game, Half-Life in 1998. in 2013 he received a BAFTA Fellowship Award for his contribution to the video game industry.
