Computer Programming in BASIC - ZX81 Supplement

Home > Browse Our Collection > Books > Cambridge Learning Enterprises > Computer Programming ... SIC - ZX81 Supplement

This volume forms part of a self-instruction course in the use of the computer programming language BASIC.  The series was produced by Cambridge Learning Enterprises in 1979, and this supplement was presumably released in 1981 or soon after to accompany the Sinclair ZX81.  The books are set up like school exercise books, with questions and space for the reader to show their working in solving the problem.

These main books were written in part by Ian Williamson and Rodney Dale, who are currently (c. 2016) trustees of the Centre for Computing History.  The third author, Tim Eiloart, was co-founder of Cambridge Consultants, a company heavily responsible for the rise of Cambridge as a tech hub.  No author is specified for this supplement.
