Sharp HC-4000A

This handheld computer was released by Sharp in January 1997. It ran Microsoft Windows CE 2.0 (stored in ROM) and featured 4MB of RAM for running user programs. The resistive touchscreen could display up to 16 greyscale values in a 6.5-inch 640x240 arrangement. It shipped with Pocket versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
