Description :

Please note that we have closed online bookings for this event.  General visitors on the day are welcome, but be advised that there will be lots of Spectrum fans in the building! Our classroom area will be given over to talks and we expect the Centre to be very busy all day.

Our car park is also expected to be very busy.  Additional parking is available at other units on the Coldham's Road industrial estate (where businesses are closed - please be mindful of their space) and at the car parks of the Beehive Centre and Cambridge Retail Park, 10 minutes walk away from CCH.

2017 sees the 35th Anniversary of the release of the ZX Spectrum.  We are the chosen venue to celebrate this iconic machine at an event led by the organisers of 2012's hugely successful Spectrum 30.

There will be interesting talks, exhibitions, and the ZX Fair with new and old hard and software to buy.

The timetable for the day is as follows:

10.00am - Centre opens to the public

10.30am - Hey Hey 16k: Gig from MJ Hibbett (Main Room)

2.00pm - Software preservation: Steven Goodwin (Classroom)

3.00pm - The Oliver Twins Story (Dizzy talk): Philip Oliver and Andew Oliver (Classroom)

4.00pm - The Sinclair Story: Urs König (Classroom)

5.00pm - 35 years re-connected with football manager: Video from Kevin Toms (Classroom)
