MyZ80 Maker Kit

MyZ80 Maker Kit
Sorry, Out of Stock

Description :

MyZ80 is a kit computer that YOU can build and program in BASIC at home!
This kit contains all of the components (including USB cable) you'll need to construct the MyZ80 pictured on the case. You'll need a soldering iron, solder and wire cutters to assemble this kit. If you don't have these, check out our Beginner's Soldering Kit, sold separately.
Building and using a MyZ80 is quite straightforward. Whilst a knowledge of electronics, computer architecture, assembly language and BASIC  programming is helpful, it is not a requirement.
A bit of soldering experience is required. None of the soldering is difficult, there are no surface mount components or anything on a very fine pitch, but
there are a lot of solder joints to make. If you haven't soldered before, or it's been a while since you picked up a soldering iron, there are a lot of good
tutorials on YouTube, or check out the Soldering Is Easy guide by
Mighty Ohm on the link below.
Once assembled, all you need is a computer with a USB port and a free terminal program that can be downloaded from our website, along with the step-by-step build instructions, BASIC programming language guide and code examples:
