Omnis 2 is a flexible information management system which can handle information tasks in a business or professional practice. Typical applications are: Asset registers; Bailiff records; Car Sales records; GP's records; Insurance records; Planned Maintenance schedules; Purchase order records. It can store up to 120 items of information for each record, 10 of which can be indexed. Omnis 2 provides mathematical and logical functions for calculations. Information can be stored on record cards which can be user designed.

OMNIS 3 is called The Database Manager, OMNIS 2 is compatible with it.
