Strata StudioPro 2.0 was a 3-D modelling, animation and special effects package targetted at Creative Professionals.

The first product of the Strata company StrataVision was released in 1989 to facilitate professional 3D graphics on a regular desktop Apple Macintosh. In 1993, StudioPro was added to the product line, with StrataVision remaining a reduced-feature "light" version. In May 2000, the Strata product line was consolidated into Strata 3D which is still being developed.

Strata StudioPro Blitz 1.75+ was the first product available which fully supported QuickDraw™3D. In addition, it included:

Improved handling of Adobe Illustrator files.
Improved VRML - a standard file format for representing 3-dimensional interactive vector graphics, designed particularly with the World Wide Web in mind.
Improved memory use by the Raytracing renderer (a technique for modeling light transport for use in rendering algorithms for generating digital images.)
Improved handling of very large DXF (Drawing Interchange Format) files:

In addition StudioPro 2.0 included realistic 3-D special effects, including: atmospheric and environmental, lens flares, auras and visible light rays. Camera controls including focal length, depth of field and motion blur. Broadcast quality rendering.
