The ECO2 is a Windows XP-based, touch-screen, speech assistance device, which is part of the Liberator range. Multiple languages were available for it including LLL, Discovery 60 & 144, Stepping Stones, Unity, WordCore, M.Power Word and Iconic. Voices available include Acapela, RealSpeak, AT&T Natural Voices, and DECtalk. The unit weighs 3.1kg and is wheelchair mountable. It was available in black, grey, blue and pink. The example in our collection is the pink version. It was available from £5,995 in 2009. As well as the speech assistant the device also featured a calculator, DVD/CD player, built-in camera, bluetooth cell phone, MP3 player, and a remote control. As an extra you can add an internal computer which gave you access to features such as email, word documents, and internet browsing.
