Photocopies of fragments of correspondence by Ernest Lenaerts, most undated (likely 1947-1949), unidentified by Peter Bird while sorting and kept at the back of the file.

Comprises:
- Photocopy of a letter (first page only) from Ernest Lenaerts to John Simmons (Lyons), undated;
- Ernest Lenaerts to W.J. Edwards (Engineering Dept, Lyons), undated;
- Photocopy of a letter (first page missing) from Ernest Lenaerts to unknown recipient (probably John Simmons or W.J. Edwards), undated.'… memory positions and put in or take out a number'.";
- Photocopy of a draft by Ernest Lenaerts: Estimated Cost of constructing Cathode Follower Element, undated;
- Photocopy of a memo from Ernest Lenaerts originally enclosing notes on his ideas for delay line storage on the 'Mark II Calculator', undated. [The notes are not included in the file].

Research Comments: It is interesting to note that the Lyons team refer to the 'calculator' they are due to build as the 'EDSAC Mark II'. This is long before the Lyons machine was given the name LEO (Lyons Electronic Office).(LM)

Date : undated (probably late 1940s)
