Electronics Lab: Build a Steady Hand Game - Friday 5th April 2024
Description : How steady are your nerves? Come and find out by building a steady hand game. You will have a metal loop that you have to guide around a wire maze without the two touching. If you they touch, a buzzer sounds and you have to start all over again! No electronics experience is required although you will need a steady hand to assemble the components and use our tools. This is a great workshop aimed at children aged 9 years and older. This workshop session is priced at £25 per participant and includes the cost of the kit and entry to the museum! For participants under the age of 14, we require an accompanying adult to attend the workshop alongside them. Accompanying adult tickets can be purchased for the normal museum entry price of £10. Date: Friday 5th April 2024 This workshop will start promptly at 11 am, so please arrive at least 15 minutes early. Please note: Whilst we'll make every effort to help ensure your game works, careful assembly and soldering is required and we cannot be held responsible for any non-working kits due to poor assembly.
Remember - All proceeds go to support our Computing Museum! |
