Description :

Learn how to build and program with the Raspberry Pi Pico!

In this workshop you will be building your own wearable computer!  This will be battery-powered using a Raspberry Pi Pico.  Come and learn how to design and create your own pixel creature to ‘live’ on your wrist.  The coding will be done using MicroPython.  We will also show you how the project can be expanded to add additional sensors that can interact with your pixel creature.

This is a foundation project, to give you a starting point to continue at home.

This workshop is ideal for those aged 11 and older.

The fee is £35 per participant in this workshop and includes admission to the museum all day. For participants under the age of 14, we require an accompanying adult to attend the workshop alongside them. Accompanying adult tickets can be purchased for the normal museum entry price of £12 and are valid all day.
