"This collection of programs for the Acorn Atom should help you discover more of your computer's capabilities.

The programs first appeared in the monthly magazine INTERFACE, published by the Independent Acorn (Atom/BBC) User' Group, in conjunction with the National ZX80 and ZX81 Users' Club. THey show a wide variety of approaches to solving programming problems.

Special thanks to the programmers who contribued to this volume: Russel Heins, Robert Heard, G. Hillebrand, Ian Smith, Lars Jakobsson, Jeremy Ruston, Amelia Bridge, Colin barker, Andrew Stevens, Mark Deven, G. S. Buttrick, Norman Alms, Ken Mahogany, Anne Marshall, eter Grantham, and Wilton J. Faberge. Other programs were written by me. I hope the ideas used in these programs help you put your Atom through its paces, and give you some hints on how to expand your programming skills.
