Emergency stop button from a LEO III computer that allowed the user to switch off the entire LEO III if some electrical or other crisis occurred. It was located on the operator console. All jobs running on the computer would be lost if the button was pressed.

This example in our collection originated from a LEO III used at BOC (either LEO III/13 or 18), and was gifted to the donor following the retirement of the computer.
