From the preface: "This manual contains detailed descriptions of the macro instruction statements used to define an Advanced Communications Function for Network Control Program (NCP), Version 3. These detailed descriptions include the requirements for use of each macro, as well as of every operand of each macro. They also include the limitations of the values that you can specify for each operand. System programmers who are familiar with the task of definingan NCP can use this manual by itself. Programmers who are not as familiar with this task can use this manual in conjunction with the ACF/NCP-SSP Installation and Resource Definition Guide, SC30-3224-0."
