About Us

The Centre for Computing History is an educational charity and museum. We’re on a mission to inspire and educate people of all ages about the social, cultural, and technical impact of computing. Though interactive exhibits, we allow visitors to explore how we went from a few computers the size of a room, to everyone having one in their pockets - in just 80 years!

Last year we welcomed 22,000 visitors including 8,665 young people (3,000 school pupils) for hands-on experiences, workshops, school visits, and public events.
