The second in the series of games starring Magic Knight, and the first to fully use the 'Windimation' interface, where the player controls the characters actions by utilizing windows like menus to control Magic knight's actions, such as selecting a pick up option.
The games are highly acclaimed, and well remembered by those who played them, for the control method, to the cast of characters, who in a very early example, have to be maintained, by way of talking to them to keep them happy, to providing them with food and drink, the witty puzzles and range of obscure items need to be used to help MK to complete his task.
His mission here is to return various mythical characters to their rightful homes, while releasing the wizard Gimball from his spell from which he has trapped himself.
