This development NC was known by Office NC and CoNCord externally but always FastNC internally. It was essentially a 200MHz StrongARM RiscPC on a motherboard to fit inside an NC case. Comes with an Acorn ethernet card. They would boot to a RISC OS 3.70 desktop.
Very few were made as it was never released as a product. This one was used for developing and testing RISC OS Java. It would generally NFS mount a remote drive and run the development binary.
The first NC was launched by Acorn in August 1996. The CoNCord was launched in late 1997 but was never actually released. It was advertised as offering a 233-MHz Acorn Computing's NC computer32-bit StrongARM processor from Digital and twice as much standard memory (8MB) as its predecessor.
