Jeff Minter

Jeff Minter

Jeff Minter was born in 1962 and is a British computer and video game designer/programmer.

He formed a software company called Llamasoft, and  games had very distinctive elements, they are often arcade style shoot-em-ups. His fondness of llamas, sheep, camels etc. often leads to them appearing in his games or the titles like Llamatron, Attack of the Mutant Camels and Revenge of the Mutant Camels!

His software was hugely popular on machines like the Commodore 64 and VIC-20.

Jeff Minter & Llamasoft still produce software for the Xbox360
