HCCS A5000 RAM Board Issue 2

The HCCS A5000 RAM upgrade has 16 x MCM514256AZ80 DRAMs = 2MB of RAM on the board. The A5000 has 1MB or 2MB on the motherboard. 1MB A5000s must be upgraded to 2MB before a RAM upgrade is installed. This will upgrade the memory to 4 MB which is the maximum an A5000 can have unless the upgrade includes a second MEMC in which case the maximum is 8MB.

The serial number on the back is A5-2MB-100458.
