2020 was the worst! COVID kept the museum closed for much of the year and a mains water pipe bursting causing a flood kept us closed for the rest.

This letter was in response to an enquiry sent to Commodore about the possibility of releasing a software version of the "Dictionary of Immunology". At the time, disk technology was not capable of storing such a large amount of data.
