This article was published in the April 1984 edition of Electrotechnology, and details a program for use on the Apple IIe and BBC Micro which 'assists the user to analyse circuits by providing the calculations for series/parallel combinations of impedance, Ohm's Law, and Kirchoff's Law, together with frequency response.'  It was kindly provided to us by Philip Lawton, one of the co-authors.
