Hackatron Hackathon - 15th July 2017

Hackatron Hackathon - 15th July 2017

Description :

Join us for a hackathon this summer at CCH!

Cambridge-based Hackatron will be holding their next event at the Centre for Computing History.  A hackathon involves programmers getting together to spend all day coding, in the hopes of finishing a project (in this case, a game!) within a time limit.

If you are not into games, don't worry - Hackatron will make another session available where you can get involved with open source development. You can help other open source developers improve their projects or start your own.  All museum visitors are welcome to watch the event and learn about the coding community.

Expect a supported, fun filled and productive day, with prizes on offer to the best projects!

The event will be hosted by Mark Gray, Phil Trelford and Andrea Magnorsky.  Head on over to the Hackatron website to book.

Remember - All proceeds go to support our Computing Museum!
