Description :

Join us for a night at the movies!

As part of our brand new exhibition, Lights! Camera! Play!  Games, Cinema and Everything In-between, we'll be screening Tron, one of the first movies to explore the new world of videogaming.

When talented computer engineer Kevin Flynn (Jeff Bridges) finds out that Ed Dillinger (David Warner), an executive at his company, has been stealing his work, he tries to hack into the system. However, Flynn is transported into the digital world, where he has to face off against Dillinger's computerized likeness, Sark, and the imposing Master Control Program. Aided by Tron (Bruce Boxleitner) and Yori (Cindy Morgan), Flynn becomes a freedom fighter for the oppressed programs of the grid.

All our usual exhibits will also be switched on for the evening including all the games and interactives in the new exhibition.  Come along and play your favourite classics before and after the screening.

The Centre will open for the evening at 6:00pm.  The movie will start at 7:30pm and the Centre will remain open until 10pm.  The Pac-Lunch shop will be open serving snacks and hot and cold drinks.  Feel free to bring your own popcorn!

Spaces are limited, so buy your tickets now!
