Making Mischief with the Micro:bit - 29th August 2019

Description : Come and join us for some coding fun with the micro :bit. The m icro :bit is a versatile device that can be used to teach complicated computing topics easily. The session is aimed at children aged 8+ and is ideal for Key Stage 2 and early Key Stage 3 students. The fee is £15 for workshop participants, whether an adult or a child.
For participants under the age of 14, we require an accompanying adult to attend the workshop alongside them. Accompanying adult tickets can be purchased for the normal museum entry price of £9.
Although the booking is for a specific time slot, entry to the Centre is permitted all day. The Centre is open from 10am. Tea, coffee and snacks will be available from our Pac-Lunch Shop. There's plenty of seating for parents :) Date: 29th August 2019

Spaces for these exciting hands-on workshops are limited, so booking is required to ensure your place. Payment is taken by PayPal immediately. Please print a copy of the receipt that is displayed at the end of the payment process and bring it with you as your e-ticket.
